Request room changes promptly if encountering any smells or noise disturbances for a more comfortable stay.

Special place, it was fairly clean and had very courteous staff in providing a very good service @nd they m@ke sure all the days my stay were pleasent. The location was MAGNIFICENT, just a pleasant stroll away from Dubai Museum. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast and the roof top bar.

I truly enjoyed good quality breakfast, lovely views.

The location was magnificent, near Burjuman. The superior deluxe room was newly remodelled, exceptionally comfortable bed. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the roof top bar.

Many different resturants, locations in the centre of town and the night life entertainment.

Due to the night clubs the lowers flours were a bit noisy.

Didn't like anything, except friendly staff.

the foyer is elaborately decorated but they only had a room ready at 4 to check inn when check inn time is at 2 also concierge help is not the best but overall not too bad

at night there is a club adjacent to the hotel an you find all these people hanging around the entrance of the hotel and they wont move to give you space to enter at a 4* hotel something like this is not good

The tea and coffee service was removed the day after we arrived , no reason was given. renovation was taking place , and this was quiet irrating

Huge superior deluxe room with 2 single bed.

Excellent meal in the Steakhouse Restaurant.

Decor as rather dark and gloomy.

Room service too poor, Rception disgusting, Housekeeping no where exist only the bell boys are the best.

great parks and shopping just steps away from the hotel

during my stay, I loved being just a few steps away from BurJuman shopping center and having quick access to the Dubai Museum for some afternoon explorations, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable and stress-free while finding unique treasures around every corner.

The staff and everyone were pleasant and helpful

The Royal Ascot Hotel offers spacious rooms and friendly staff. The bathroom felt cramped, and the water pressure was low. Breakfast lacked fresh options, and housekeeping could be more prompt. It’s a decent option for travelers.

The Royal Ascot had a wide range of restaurants and catered for all taste. All the food was bay far the best we have ever eaten on holiday and then there was the chill bar on the roof... cannot begin to say how good that was. what a fantastic idea and the staff were wonderfull.

There was no tea coffee facilities in the room.
